An exhilarating even-more-warmed-up-than-we-already-are warm-up, led by El Capitan Pettler, saw the boys looking mean and not so lean. In fact, it's fair to say that without the kangaroo springiness of Baum the result would have likely been very different. A combination of key players missing and heavy pre-match drinking, rendered the team to a state bordering on the farcical. El Presidente Nash made some excellent touches in his late 9-minute appearance, and was later heard explaining that he had further extended his record as the oldest playing Renegade in the world, ever...
TEXAS....YYEEAAAHH!!!!
